I cope. I want to help you to cope, too.

Depression and anxiety is something I suffer from, and although it’s not as bad as some, it’s still there. I decided to write this list to show how I deal with those dark days. 

This list will not be the magic cure for all, but maybe there are a few new items that will help someone get through the dark too.
