What you can expect
I blog twice a week, and send them out via email once published (usually Tuesdays and Thursdays).
I also send a weekly newsletter out, that’s just for subscribers like you. This is a personal email, that shares everything from personal victories that week to recommended resources that I believe may be useful for you in your own mental health journey (I know they’ve helped me).
